Here at Triple P BBQ, we pride ourselves on our use of the finest ingredients to cook the Sauk Valley’s favorite barbecue. We use only the finest pork shoulders and chicken raised here in the Midwest. Our use of select fruitwoods gives our barbecue its unique flavor. We believe that true BBQ is in the smoking technique & the flavor of the meat. Therefore, our sauce will always be on the side.

We use hand selected FRUITwood and hickory for our 16-18 hour smoking process. The meats are also hand selected from local distributors, such as The Butcher Shop and Wichita packaging.

All of our meats are smoked daily for up to 18 hours. You will never need more than a fork to pick up your next delicious bite.
