Here at Triple P BBQ, we pride ourselves on our use of the finest ingredients to cook the Sauk Valley’s favorite barbecue. We use only the finest pork shoulders and chicken raised here in the Midwest. Our use of the select fruitwoods gives our barbecue its unique flavor. We believe that true BBQ is in the smoking technique & the flavor of the meat. Therefore, our sauce will always be on the side.
